107: Not much to do with vert skating but Hey when you got a picture of yourself and King Diamond with no make up on then you gotta post it: Jason Oliva with King Diamond 1988 Washington D.C.
February 13, 2007
Not much to do with skating except for me (Jason Oliva) sporting a now Uber Vintage Pipeline Skatepark T shirt. Rule of thumb..when you have a picture of yourself and King Diamond (GRRRRAAAANNNDMAAAAAAA!!!!!) and you have blood red demon eyes in said picture…post away. This was taken in 1988 at The Bayou in Georgetown, D.C. I worked there for four years while in college I met a lot of peeps (Mike Muir, The Ramones, Ray charles, and Bob Dylan…some group) Mr. Diamond (Sorry Neil but you are not the most important Mr. Diamond to everyone) was cool, I made him a pizza and we took this picture with an old school disc camera. KD played a crazy show while I stood next to a guy with devil horns that looked so real my heart skipped.
P. S. Look on the board behind us in the photo and check out the Nov. 28th show….
HELLOWEEN with CIRCUS OF POWER….Hell’s Yes I went!!!
